Playing on the server
- Access to the server is a privilege. Staff can warn, mute, kick, or ban any account for breaking the rules or for behaviour that harms the community.
- You are responsible for your account. Anything done on it counts as done by you.
- The server, its features, items, and economy can change at any time without notice.
Purchases
- Payments are handled by PayNow. MineJutsu never sees your card details.
- You are buying a licence to use virtual items and perks on MineJutsu. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, traded for money, or refunded.
- All purchases are final. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute results in a permanent ban from the server and the store.
- Items usually arrive within a few minutes. If a purchase hasn't arrived after 20 minutes, open a ticket on Discord with your username and the order email.
- If you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything.
- Being banned does not entitle you to a refund of anything bought before or after the ban.
